Our Pine Barrens Honey differs in flavor and color between the early summer and late summer. This jar is a blend of both of our 2024 harvets.  The LS (or late summer) is sweet but lighter in taste, almost citrusy.  Early summer (ES) honey is sweet and bold. Together, this makes one tasty honey.
 
*** In an attempt to lessen our impact on the environment, we are doing our best to Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle.  In alignment with that attempt, we may utilize glass bottles that have been cleaned and sanitized for the honey.  As such, the glass bottle you received may vary.  Honey is sold by weight and the scale is tared prior to filing each bottle to ensure all honey sold is per the weight on the label.
