Our Pine Barrens Honey differs in flavor and color between the early summer and late summer. LS (or late summer) is sweet but lighter in taste, almost citrusy.  Early summer (ES) honey is sweet and bold. 
 
*** In an attempt to lessen our impact on the environment, we are doing our best to Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle.  In alignment with that attempt, we may utilize glass bottles that have been cleaned and sanitized for the honey.  As such, the glass bottle you receive may vary.  Honey is sold by weight and the scale is tared prior to filing each bottle to ensure all honey sold is per the weight on the label
